- Organise 1 gender sensitization talk/ seminar every year on diversity in STEM at the Centre by a suitable speaker, and have a section of the talk devoted to prevention of sexual harrasment at workplace.
- Familiarize the students with the guidelines for the ‘Prevention and Resolution of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace’ upon their joining. The orientation programme includes a session on this.
- Have a student or postdoc mentor for all new students.
- Support a website with guidelines, grievance cell committee and counselor contact details.
- Put up gender sensitization posters across the campus.
