Ethical Guidelines

All academic activities conducted by ICTS members and members visiting ICTS are expected to meet the highest ethical standards. 

Some useful ethical guidelines are:

  1. TIFR guidelines on academic ethics
  2. American Physical Society Ethics Guidelines
  3. Indian Academy of Sciences guidelines on scientific values
  4. Ethics in Science Education, Research and Governance by Indian National Science Academy
  5. Policy on Ethical Guidelines by American Mathematical Society

These are broad guidelines and are applicable wherever appropriate.

Issues pertaining to ethical guidelines can be brought to the attention of ethics committee  ethics.committee@icts.res.in
