I am a science writer with experience writing news articles, long-form features, scripts, and storyboards; and hosting podcasts. After completing my PhD in physics from the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, and a short postdoctoral stint at the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics, I shifted to science writing in 2020. Before joining ICTS, I worked as a Science Communicator at Research Matters and as a Science Writer at the Journal of Visualized Experiments. Although physics is my enduring love and passion, I am curious to understand the full breadth of science, including the social sciences. For me, writing started as a medium for documenting but soon became a full-fledged passion. I have been fortunate to work with editors who have helped me shape my writing and the privilege to work with multiple scientists. I strive to learn more and contribute to two-way science communication between scientists and the public in association with visual elements. Through my personal writing, I also study scientific practices.

Currently, I write, edit, and manage the ICTS Blog: Synapse by ICTS.
