I am currently involved in the study of numerical methods to solve PDEs and ODEs . The equations dealt with are mainly those from hydrodynamics and elasticity ( eg. hydrodynamics of elastic filaments, diffusion equation etc. ). Different motivations are present for the study of this topic ranging from studying bundles of interconnected filaments to microorganism locomotion in fluid environments ( cilia ).Last year, I worked on understanding the motion of objects in Low Re fluid environments (Re~10^-6). I try to read and discuss with others on topics such as general relativity, gravitational waves and other exciting fields as well.
