Subir Sachdev is Herchel Smith Professor of Physics at Harvard University.
He received his Ph.D in Physics from Harvard University in 1985. He held the Lorentz Chair at Leiden University in 2012,
and received the Dirac Medal from UNSW in 2015. He was elected to the US National Academy of Sciences in 2014.
