Diksha Arora, a student from the first batch of the Physics of Life program at ICTS, has won first prize in the poster session at the EMBO workshop on “Quantitative Tissue Morphogenesis – Models, Manipulations and Mechanisms,” held recently in Alibaug.
Her poster, titled “Shape-Pattern Dynamics in Biological Systems through Mechanochemical Interactions,” explores the interplay between mechanical forces and biochemical processes in shaping patterns in biological systems.
ICTS congratulates Diksha on this recognition of her research and wishes her continued success in her scientific endeavours. The Centre also acknowledges the guidance and mentorship of her advisors, Vijaykumar Krishnamurthy and Vishal Vasan, in supporting her research.
