ICTS faculty member Subhro Bhattacharjee has received the prestigious Swarnajayanti Fellowship of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, in the physical sciences category.

The Swarnajayanti Fellowship is awarded to a selected number of promising and exceptional young scientists to enable them to pursue basic research in frontier areas of science and technology.

ICTS Centre Director, Rajesh Gopakumar said, “We are all very proud of Subhro for having been chosen in this highly competitive process. On behalf of ICTS, all the best to him as he continues on his splendid trajectory with his research breakthroughs.”
