Subir Sachdev, a member of the International Advisory Board of ICTS and Homi Bhabha Chair at TIFR, has been awarded 2018 Lars Onsager Prize of the American Physical Society.
He is awarded for his seminal contributions to the theory of quantum phase transitions, quantum magnetism, fractionalized spin liquids, and for his leadership in the physics community.
