International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS) of TIFR invites candidates for a walk-in recruitment for the following positions for its office at Bangalore.

Project Assistant (Accounts)

Essential Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce with Advanced Accountancy, Auditing and Income Tax as subjects with a minimum of 55% marks.

  • Knowledge of use of personal computer and its applications

  • Minimum three years of work experience in a similar job profile

 

Desirable qualification:

Candidates with knowledge of financial rules of the Government of India would be preferred.

To provide necessary support for administering the financial aspects of  day-to-day activities and programs of the Centre. To handle payroll for salary disbursement of the centre.To prepare budget for the Centre, including compilation & finalization of accounts and audit.

Essential Qualification:

  • S.S.C. or Equivalent
  • One year experience

Assisting with day to day work and activities of the Centre.

Location:  ICTS campus, Hesaraghatta, Bangalore

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualification and potential. The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.

Age: 30 years

Age criteria will be relaxed appropriately for candidates with higher work experience (relevant) than essential experience required for the post.

Tenure: The contract will be initially for a period of One (1) year which may be extended up to maximum of three years depending upon the performance of the candidate.

Venue: ICTS campus in Hesarghatta (please report at the main reception on arrival)

Candidates qualifying for written test will appear for the interview at the ICTS campus, Hesarghatta

Candidates may use the ICTS shuttles from the IISC or NCBS campus. Bus schedule is available on the ICTS website.
