Research :

I would broadly categorize myself as a theoretical physicist. Although my primary interest is string theory, I have worked in other areas such as cosmology, black hole accretion disks and high Tc Josephson junctions as well. I believe that there are aspects of string theory that will survive the tests of time although I do not think that the theory is anywhere near its final form as yet.

My current research is focused on using string theory tools to shed light on strongly coupled physics.
