Chandan Agarwal is a business leader and institution-builder with over two decades of experience spanning education, technology, consumer businesses, hospitality, entrepreneurship and high-growth ventures. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and Delhi Technological University, he has worked across diverse operating environments, repeatedly taking on mandates involving the creation, scaling and transformation of businesses and organisations.

He has built and managed businesses from the early stages, led large and geographically distributed operations, developed new business platforms, and worked extensively across partnerships, business development, technology and organisational strategy. His experience includes leadership roles with Educomp, entrepreneurship in the ed-tech, consumer and food sectors, senior responsibility for OYO's food and cloud-kitchen initiatives, and executive leadership of a global technology and communications platform. His career has been characterised by the combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with particular strengths in strategic foresight, innovation, process orientation and data-driven management.
