I am Debanjan Karan from West Bengal. I am currently working as a PhD student at ICTS-TIFR, Bengaluru in the "String Theory and Quantum Gravity" group. Suvrat Raju is my PhD advisor. I am interested in various directions in the theoretical high energy physics. Few of my current research interests involve scattering amplitude, cosmological correlators, quantum field theory and quantum gravity in de Sitter, soft theorem and its relation to asymptotic symmetries, etc.
My publications can be found in the following iNSPIRE-HEP profile : https://inspirehep.net/authors/2680259?ui-citation-summary=true
Before joining ICTS, I have completed my M.Sc. in Physics from IIT Indore and B.Sc. in Physics with Hons. from Narasinha Dutt College (University of Calcutta), Howrah.
Besides doing physics, I am quite fond of cooking, painting and playing video games.
