I am Saibal. I did my masters in Mathematics from IIT Kanpur and got my Phd from Univesidad de Los Andes Bogota (The Andes University in English). My research interests in broad sense are in topology , geometry and geometric aspects of mathematical physics. In my short mathematical career i have worked in orbifolds solving questions relating to differential structures,almost complex structures,Hodge structures ,contact structures and Mckay Correspondence of these spaces. I have also worked on Geometric quantization and solved questions like calculating dimensions of Hilbert space of Kahler quantization of moduli spaces and quantizing integrable systems like Toda systems. Currently i am exploring questions like existence of algebraic structures of moduli spaces rising from physics.
