Abstract
I will describe recent progress on the connections among the conformal bootstrap, the sphere packing problem, and quantum gravity in three dimensions. This leads us toward a holographic duality between Narain CFTs averaged over moduli and a Chern-Simons-like theory of "U(1) gravity"
